Menarche (pronounced meh-NAHR-kee) is simply a girl’s first period. It’s a natural milestone a sign that her body is growing, changing, and beginning its monthly rhythm. The Menarche Club is a warm, supportive space where girls and pre-teens learn about puberty, periods, body changes, and self-care in a gentle, age-appropriate way so they feel informed, confident, and never alone as their bodies change.

A fun, empowering 2-hour workshop for girls aged 8+, designed to help them understand their bodies, their cycle, and themselves. What we cover (in a safe, supportive way):
- Puberty basics: physical and emotional changes, and learning to like your body
- Periods 101: what a period is and how the menstrual cycle works
- Common period challenges and how to manage them
- Period products: what they are and how to use them confidently
- Age-appropriate sexual health & contraception (for teens only, with parent consent)
- Social media safety using social media kindly, confidently, and responsibly (led by a guest speaker). Each girl leaves with a thoughtfully curated take-home kit to continue the learning at home.
