No Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our period underwear and period swimwear, we do not offer refunds. Thank you for understanding and supporting mindful shopping.

 

Store Credit (If Something Isn’t Right)

If something isn’t right with your order, we are open to resolving it by issuing a store credit so you can purchase another item. Store credit is issued at our discretion after review.

 

Exchanges

We are happy to assist with an exchange for another size or item by issuing a store credit to the value of your swimwear or underwear:

  • Store credit equals the item value paid, minus original shipping charges and discounts.
  • You may use the store credit to place a new order for the correct size or a different item.
  • Store credit does not expire, so you can use it later if you prefer.

 

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods can be exchanged.

You will be credited only the amount you paid during the sale (not the original full or regular price).

 

Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process and issue your store credit.

 

Faulty Items

Every item is quality controlled before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please contact us as soon as you receive your order at info@sisterhoodredefined.co.za so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

 

Important Notes

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return assessment.

 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
